Pulp moulding is the process by which various products for packaging and the food industry are created by using recycled paperboard or other organic fibres. It is generally better for the environment than EPS, PVC, PET. The products may also be recycled after their life cycle.

Robotic Transfer
Robotic driven transfer moves finished product from mould platen to drying oven .
Automatic Tool Change
Automatic platen changeover for both transfer moulds, forming moulds and wet press moulds.
Flexible Drying
Product placement patterns can be easily programmed to achieve drying efficiency and high energy savings.
Wet Press
Available for all machines. The benefit of using a servo is adjustability of the open & close travel and the force exerted on the product. Multiple wet press force ranges are available
